Lou Garita has been involved in all aspects of the construction and development industry for over 25 years. He has the experience and keen understanding of all matters involved with the management of a fast paced development company that is needed in today's difficult business climate.

With keen analytical and practical skills, he ensures that the business operates in the most effective manner through site selection, product procurement and delivery to clients in both good and tough times.

Additionally, his extensive experience through numerous projects ensures that clients, suppliers, contractors and consultants alike get the right advice which facilitates and optimises the opportunities available for all the parties concerned.
